Payment

  1. By registering on our websitewww.pedrariaseafins.com.br, you agree with our prices and payment terms.

  2. When you want to finalize your order, click on the shopping cart and check the chosen products, alternative options if there are any, quantity and see the terms and conditions and finalize your order; your payment can be made through WIX payments on the website itself or you can still be redirected to PagSeguro or Mercado Livre, depending on your choice.

  3. You can purchase our pieces in up to 4 (four) interest-free installments. If you want to place your order in more than 4 (four) installments, PagSeguro  and Mercado Livre have payments in more than 4 (four) installments with interest.

  4. PagSeguro and Mercado Livre offer several payment options: numerous credit card brands, bank slips, bank transfers, online debits, etc.

  5. To make your payment through PagSeguro or Mercado Livre, it is not necessary to register in advance.

  6. We inform you that the reservation of the product chosen by you in the cart will only be carried out after the completion of the order process, with the due financial transaction completed with PagSeguro or Mercado Livre.

Shipping, freight and delivery

  1. Shipping can be calculated on the product page or in the shopping cart.

  2. After placing your order and approving payment, we stipulate a period of up to 5 (five) business days for our logistics and subsequent postage at the Post Office and, consequently, the term starts to count according to the type of freight chosen and the Post Office estimate.

  3. After your order is shipped to the Post Office, you will receive a tracking number.

  4. Pedrarias e Afins cannot be held responsible in the following cases:

  • When the address indicated by the Customer is incorrect, incomplete or has been omitted, as filling in their data is their responsibility. Pay attention when filling in your data, an unfilled data, such as: a complement of your address, may compromise or make the delivery of your order unfeasible by the Post Office.

  • When Correios understand that your zip code is subject to special delivery conditions by ECT, it may be necessary to pick up the order at the agency informed by Correios.

  • Correios makes 03 (three) delivery attempts and, if delivery is not carried out, due to the absence of the recipient, your order will return to the Correios Logistics Center, until you present yourself and correct your data.

  • If your order is returned to the sender, for the reasons described above (3.1./3.2), a new shipping fee will be charged at the current rate, regardless of whether the original order was designed for free shipping.

  • You have up to 30 (thirty) days to contact us. After this period, the order will be canceled and the refund will be made.

  • Upon receiving your order, open the package and check that the product is in perfect condition. If not, contact us using the Contact form and report the issue. We are committed to sending our products in perfect condition and perfectly packaged. So if your product is faulty, return it and we'll fix the problem, at no new shipping cost to you.

  • Do not accept your order with signs of violation, open or damaged packaging. The acceptance of the order under these conditions, voids the Warranty of your product.

  1. If the deadline estimated by the Post Office is exceeded, we will open a ticket to investigate your order.

  2. We also inform you that, in the event of a postal strike, deadlines may be extended without our being responsible.

  3. Products sent by Correios are insured against theft or loss. If one of these two events occurs, you may receive a new product (depending on our stock availability) or be refunded, your choice, just let us know. This process can only be carried out after the Post Office officially communicates about what happened.

 

IMPORTANT TO HIGHLIGHT: WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND WE ARE UNABLE TO PREDICT IF THE POST OFFICE WILL TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER OR IF THERE IS A TOTAL STOP OF OPERATIONS DUE TO QUARANTINE. THESE FACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR US TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

exchanges and returns

  1. Pedrarias e Afins, is committed to offering quality products for your complete satisfaction. We are concerned with providing the greatest amount of information about each product on our website, such as: type, size, color and cutting of the stone, type of metal used in the manufacture of the piece and total size of the piece; because we think this information is essential for you, who are purchasing parts from a distance.

  2. According to the Consumer Defense Code, you have up to 07 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt and confirmation of delivery by the Post Office, if the product does not meet your expectations, excluding custom-made pieces, which were reported to us by you. These products must be returned in their original packaging, as well as their identification labels.

  3. We also inform you that returns of damaged products will not be accepted, as we are firmly committed to offering products that meet your needs and desires in perfect condition, being meticulously checked and tested before posting to the Post Office. As they are natural, we would like to remind you that natural stones have small imperfections, such as friezes, irregular sizes or even different tones.

  4. If you receive a different product from the one chosen on our website, defect, wrong shipment, you can choose to refund or resend the correct product, if it is still part of our line stock. In the latter case, if you want to include other products and enjoy free shipping, we will be happy to do so.

  5. Pedrarias e Afins has a period of up to 30 (thirty) days to resolve any occurrence reported by you in our Contact form or by email.

  6. Products purchased under order and, consequently, personalized, will only count, for the purposes of cancellation within a period of up to 07 (seven) consecutive days, for 07 (seven) days after confirmation of payment. After this period, the product will be available in our store, as a stock item, and any possibility of exchange, return or cancellation will be rendered unfeasible.

guarantees

  1. Pedrarias e Afins gives a 6 (six) month warranty against manufacturing defects and upon presentation of the product, accompanied by the Warranty Certificate and its analysis. Manufacturing defects, partial or total detachment of the veneer or cracks in the fasteners, are the items relevant to the Warranty item.

  2. After the warranty analysis is completed, we can repair the product or, if it is out of line, we can refund it or, if you wish, choose another product of equal value and without shipping costs. Our deadline for completing this process is up to 30 (thirty) days, counting from our validation of the product analysis.

  3. Items that are not covered by the Warranty:

  • broken, dull, scratched, or milky stones (not originally)

  • pieces darkened by misuse

  • dented or scratched metal

  • wear due to the natural action of time of use

  • use for misuse (see our guidelines in Caring for your garment)

  1. Pedrarias e Afins, occasionally holds promotions and these promotions do not have a cumulative effect, such as: free shipping and discounts, concomitantly. Such promotions will have specific terms and conditions and must be reviewed by you prior to your purchase.

Caring for your parts

  1. Our products are handmade with natural stones and are very delicate.

  2. Keep your piece always clean and dry.

  3. Store it in an appropriate place.

  4. Your piece can be damaged by chemicals, soaps, hard blows, intense friction and contact with creams, lotions and perfumes.

  5. Avoid sleeping with your piece on or using it for household chores, bathing in the pool, lake, sea or shower and contact with sand.

  6. Gold or silver baths fade over time and this is considered natural wear and tear, not a defect.

  7. Pearls should be stored in a bag and should only be cleaned with a dry cloth.

  8. Stones from Minas Gerais or organic, may have variations in tones, shapes and sizes, as they are natural, it is not a defect.

  9. When putting on necklaces or bracelets, do it delicately and when removing them, do not remove the necklace by the head or the bracelet with clasp without opening it.

  10. Wipe your parts with a clean, dry cloth.
