Gold or silver baths fade over time and this is considered natural wear and tear, not a defect.

Pearls should be stored in a bag and should only be cleaned with a dry cloth.

Stones from Minas Gerais or organic, may have variations in tones, shapes and sizes, as they are natural, it is not a defect.

When putting on necklaces or bracelets, do it gently and when removing them, do not remove the necklace over the head or the bracelet with clasp without opening it.

Wipe your parts with a clean, dry cloth.
